Reps. Ron Estes, R-Kan., and Salud Carbajal, D-Calif., co-chairs of the House Aerospace Caucus, recognized National Aerospace Week in the House this week.

"For more than a century, Kansas' aerospace trailblazers have propelled the United States to the forefront of aviation. Aviation is so central to the history and identity of Wichita and south-central Kansas," Estes said in remarks submitted to the Congressional Record.

"As co-chair of the House Aerospace Caucus, I'm proud to represent the Air Capital in Washington," Estes said. "As we celebrate National Aerospace Week, let us look to the future, where this industry continues to inspire and drive innovation that will shape the world for generations to come.
