Rep. Estes Joins Supreme Court Amicus Brief

WASHINGTON – Rep. Ron Estes (R-Kansas) released the following statement after filing an amicus brief signed by more than 100 Members of Congress, urging U.S. Supreme Court to hear the recent lawsuit filed by the State of Texas regarding the 2020 election.

"Americans deserve to have their vote counted in a free and fair election. The U.S. Supreme Court has a responsibility to review the unconstitutional irregularities revealed in our most recent election so that Americans can have confidence in current and future election results. I’m proud to join an amicus brief with more than 100 of my Republican colleagues to urge the Court to take this critical case that will improve election integrity."

Ron Estes is a 5th generation Kansan and represents Kansas’ 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. He serves on the House Committee on Ways and Means.
