WASHINGTON—Congressman Ron Estes (R-Kansas) released the following statement on today’s preliminary court hearing for Tyler Barriss, who is accused of placing a false emergency swatting call last year:
“I look forward to swift action in this court case and to continuing our efforts in Congress to prevent future swatting incidents,” said Rep. Ron Estes. Ron Estes is a 5th generation Kansan and represents Kansas’ 4th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives.
