WASHINGTON—Congressman Ron Estes (R-Kansas) commemorated the grand opening of the Wichita Advanced Learning Library on the floor of the House of Representatives this week. In his remarks, Rep. Estes praised community leaders and the state-of-the-art library, which will open Saturday.
“With the opening of this new library, Wichita and the surrounding region will now have a state-of-the-art facility ready to handle our growing population and advances in digital technology,” said Rep. Estes. “As a member of the Education and Workforce Committee, I understand the importance of education, and I’m proud of the city of Wichita for moving forward with the Advanced Learning Library, allowing our students and community members of all ages to continue the path of a lifetime of learning.” To see Rep.
